The user in question takes due note that, according to art. 13 of Italian legislative decree (D.Lgs.) no. 196/2003, personal data will be used for the sole purpose of conducting statistical surveys and will be handled by the company Atlas Filtri based in Limena, who shall analyse risks and adopt organizational measures required to protect the data handled. Said data will be shared and communicated only with/to Atlas Filtri personnel in charge of enforcing the privacy policy, and any independent personnel, including companies supplying company software, appointed to provide consulting services associated with the adoption of security measures to protect privacy.
